We are seeking an energetic and highly motivated individual to fill a key position on our Operations team, as a Quality Assurance Lead at our Glenwillow, OH location.

As a Quality Assurance Lead, you will oversee the QA area, ensuring each order is packed to specifications established by our clients. You will be leading a team of 8-10 individuals to ensure picked orders are packed timely and accurately.

What you will be doing:

• Implement and enforce policies and procedures for QA inspection and packing area

• Manpower planning based on daily, weekly, monthly forecasted volume

• Organization of the packing stations area

• Ensure feedback for order mis-picks is relayed to appropriate picking areas

• Track and measure packing productivity

• Ensure appropriate orders are packed to meet various carrier pickup schedules based on delivery type

• Work closely with Inventory Control and Control Desk to resolve problem orders

• Ensure your team has all the needed tools to complete daily workload

• Training and re-training of packing employees as needed

• Provide excellent customer service

Who you are:

• Must have a High School diploma

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience working in a warehouse and/or logistics setting or 1 year of experience leading a team of employees

• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written

• Attention to detail

• Ability to multitask

• Advanced computer proficiency

• Experience working in a direct-to-consumer environment preferred
